The LED lighting system was specifically developed for FLUSH-MOUNTED INTEGRATION into the profile bottom of handrails.
Because of INDIVIDUALLY ARRANGED LED UNITS, the variable system can be used both with straight lines and all radii.
RETROFITTING is also possible.
ROUND or SQUARE HANDRAILS (thickness > 1,5 mm)
Lens made of impact-resistant polycarbonate (IP67/IK10)
Corrosion-protected stainless steel 316L
Retrofitting on site is possible
Optimised lens technology
New designed lenses ensure better light distribution. This reduces the number of light points required and the installation effort up to 30 %
Variety of lighting geometries

Solution-oriented installation technology

NEW LIGHTING situation for GASTEIG in MUNICH
For the numerous stairways the LED PUCK system, which was specifically developed for flush integration into metal handrails, ensures safety-focused illumination of the stairs. Furthermore, the small yet efficient light sources (1.6 W), which have a service life of some 50,000 hours, provide atmospheric lighting for the neighbouring masonry with warm white light of 3,000 Kelvin.
UNOBTRUSIVE LIGHTING solution for LISTED DISTRICT COURT in Halle
Thanks to the integration in a second discreet aluminum handrail, which is in front of the historical one, the light source is not perceived. In terms of lighting design the system also offers added value: illumination can be optimised even further by the offset between and the beam angle of the light sources. Thanks to flexible, individual arrays, the LED lighting system can be used both in straight and curved arrays, which was particularly necessary given the small radii at the Halle court building.

Lighting to ACCENTUATE features OUTSIDE and INSIDE
The two prominent facade projections are lit by LED PUCKs which are each in an aluminium tube of 50 mm in diameter in the outer area, and ensure uniform illumination.
