PUCK

OPTIMAL LIGHT DISTRIBUTION - INNOVATIVE MOUNTING TECHNOLOGIES

Highest demands on assembly and lighting technology

The LED lighting system was specifically developed for FLUSH-MOUNTED INTEGRATION into the profile bottom of handrails.

Because of INDIVIDUALLY ARRANGED LED UNITS, the variable system can be used both with straight lines and all radii.

RETROFITTING is also possible (PUCK SC).

PUCK CL

Innovative Installation Technology for Professionals

The system is specifically developed for professional use, combining ease of installation with high reliability - ideal for demanding projects where speed and precision are essential.

The PUCK CL features a well-designed clip-in system. The holes in the handrails should preferably be drilled in a specialist workshop. This ensures a consistently high standard of preparation and makes on-site installation much easier.

On site, the PUCK CL is then simply inserted into the prepared opening and snapped into place. Different recesses ensure a clearly defined installation position. A quick turn with an installation tool locks the PUCK securely into place.
The raised edges on the rubber grip beneath the smaller recess and hold the PUCK firmly in position.

Optimised lens technology

40 % More Power - less costs

The new PUCK offers significantly improved efficiency without any increase in cost. Optimised light distribution is achieved thanks to adjusted beam angles. This means fewer light points are required, which simplifies installation and reduces fitting costs.

ROUND or SQUARE HANDRAILS (thickness > 1,5 mm)

IK10 Lens made of impact-resistant polycarbonate (IP67/IK10)

IP67 Dust and waterproof for temporary immersion (max. 1 m/30 min.)

Corrosion-protected stainless steel 316L

the right light - perfect effect

Achieve different effects with different light colours.

Everything is possible with the wide range of light colours for the new PUCK, including insect-friendly AMBER light (1400 Kelvin).

More safety through integrated lighting solution

BUILT IN FLUSH with the lower edge of the handrail LED PUCKs are NEARLY INVISIBLE DURING THE DAY

in the EVENING the light emitted by the little LED spots of just 1.5 W illuminates the barrier-free access in compliance with the RELEVATE STANDARDS

NEW LIGHTING situation for GASTEIG in MUNICH

For the numerous stairways the LED PUCK system, which was specifically developed for flush integration into metal handrails, ensures safety-focused illumination of the stairs. Furthermore, the small yet efficient light sources (1.6 W), which have a service life of some 50,000 hours, provide atmospheric lighting for the neighbouring masonry with warm white light of 3,000 Kelvin.

UNOBTRUSIVE LIGHTING solution for LISTED DISTRICT COURT in Halle

Thanks to the integration in a second discreet aluminum handrail, which is in front of the historical one, the light source is not perceived. In terms of lighting design the system also offers added value: illumination can be optimised even further by the offset between and the beam angle of the light sources. Thanks to flexible, individual arrays, the LED lighting system can be used both in straight and curved arrays, which was particularly necessary given the small radii at the Halle court building.

Lighting to ACCENTUATE features OUTSIDE and INSIDE

The two prominent facade projections are lit by LED PUCKs which are each in an aluminium tube of 50 mm in diameter in the outer area, and ensure uniform illumination.
