Project coordinator (m/w/d) for internal Sales / Project Management Office
 

You are the primary point of contact for our customers regarding projects, quotations, and orders.

Your responsibilities – varied, rewarding, and future-focused

• Work closely with our field sales team and provide active support in day-to-day business and customer projects
• Coordinate a wide variety of projects, from the initial customer inquiry through to successful implementation
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative, tailor-made lighting solutions that meet individual customer requirements
• Independently manage order processing with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service
• Contribute to the preparation of quotations and support the development of professional lighting concepts
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)

What sets you apart – technically skilled and personally inspiring

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training, a comparable academic qualification, or solid expertise in lighting and/or electrical engineering
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a sales or project management role within the lighting industry
• Good English language skills for communicating with our international partners
• Ideally, experience with lighting design software such as DIALux or Relux
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
• You enjoy acting as the customer-focused interface between our clients and our team
• You are confident in building or developing a team and are someone who proactively solves problems rather than waiting for them to resolve themselves
• Confident user of ERP systems
