REFURBISH EFFICIENTLY
The new light concept was a result of theoverall refurbishment of the customer lobby. The existing luminaires, primarily equipped with TC-TEL 2x26W fluorescent lamps no longer achieved the desired luminous effect and illuminance. Increased legal requirements have already necessitated the refurbishment of the lighting system in many projects.
By switching to LED, the energy saving is 68%.
This corresponds to a CO2 saving of 101t or 169,125kWh.
Overall, operating and maintenance costs have been reduced by 75%.
SIMPLY IMPLEMENT RENOVATION CONCEPTS
Today‘s LED downlights are more compact than downlights at the time, this can be a problem especially for renovations or listed buildings. For this we provide state-of-the-art LED downlights that fit without extra effort into the ceiling cut-outs with 240mm (R23) and 280mm (R27).
